About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Photoshop Developer / Graphic Designer to join our web designing company in Velachery. The candidate will be responsible for creating attractive and professional website banners, social media creatives, promotional graphics, and short videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Design website banners, sliders, promotional graphics, and UI creatives.
- Create engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and other social media platforms.
- Design advertisements, posters, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Create and edit short promotional videos and reels.
- Work closely with web developers and the marketing team to create designs according to project requirements.
- Resize and optimize images and banners for desktop, tablet, and mobile websites.
- Maintain brand consistency across websites and social media platforms.
- Explore and use AI tools to generate images, creative concepts, banners, videos, and design ideas.
- Handle multiple projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
- Basic to good knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of AI-based design and content creation tools.
- Good understanding of colors, typography, layouts, and visual design.
- Ability to create modern and creative website and social media designs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred AI Skills
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Gemini, Runway, or similar AI tools will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Any degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant experience and a strong portfolio will be considered more important than qualification.
