We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating qualified leads, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving monthly targets. The role requires excellent communication and convincing skills along with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain residential/commercial property details, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with sales executives for lead updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to handle objections professionally.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in Real Estate Telecalling.
- Knowledge of residential or commercial property sales.
- Experience using CRM software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
