Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated BIM (Building Information Modeling) Tutor with 2–3 years of industry or teaching experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, guiding students or professionals in BIM tools and workflows, and supporting their skill development for real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on BIM concepts and tools
- Teach software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related BIM technologies
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assignments
- Provide hands-on guidance and project-based learning support
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, tools, and industry standards
- Assist students with portfolio development and job readiness
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in BIM (industry or teaching)
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory); knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD is a plus
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in training or mentoring students/professionals
- Knowledge of additional tools like SketchUp, Lumion, or Dynamo
- Certification in BIM or Autodesk software is an advantage
