We are seeking an experienced Software Support Executive who is well-versed with NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) software systems such as Despro, iCrats, or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will provide effective technical and functional support to users, ensuring smooth operations of NBFC software and loan management processes.
- Provide end-to-end support for NBFC software including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
- Handle user queries and resolve software-related issues within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with the development and operations teams to escalate and track critical issues.
- Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of new features or software updates.
- Train end-users and prepare documentation on software functionalities and best practices.
- Analyze loan process workflows and ensure system configurations align with NBFC products and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain logs of customer interactions and issues for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in NBFC software support.
- Hands-on experience with NBFC software such as Despro, iCrats, or similar.
- Good understanding of NBFC loan products (Gold Loan, Vehicle Loan, Personal Loan, etc.) and related financial operations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tickets effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
