We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our pathology laboratory team. The candidate will be responsible for sample collection, processing, testing support, documentation, and maintaining laboratory quality standards
Key Responsibilities
* Collect blood samples through venipuncture and capillary methods.
* Perform phlebotomy and patient sample collection.
* Receive, label, process, and store blood, urine, and other specimens.
* Operate laboratory analyzers and diagnostic equipment.
* Ensure accurate documentation and report entry.
* Follow NABL guidelines, infection control, and biomedical waste management protocols.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory.
* Coordinate with doctors, pathologists, and laboratory staff.
* Assist in home sample collection when required.
* Manage laboratory inventory, reagents, and consumables.
Required Qualifications
* DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or BMLT.
* Valid educational certificates.
* Basic knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, clinical pathology, and sample handling.
* Familiarity with laboratory equipment and computer-based reporting systems.
* Good communication and patient-handling skills.
* Knowledge of NABL and laboratory safety practices is preferred.

* Ability to work independently.
* Time management and teamwork.
* Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, laboratory software).
* Home collection experience is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
