Job Description:
- Providing technical support to the clients via Helpdesk.
- Handle software customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit
- To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.
- Helping store owners if they have difficulties using the products. .
- Consolidating feedback, and convert them into improvement suggestions.
- Relaying feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Ensure privacy and security practices are followed at all times for both merchants and the company.
Requirements:
- Interested in building technical skills and learning about HTML/ CSS
- Strong written skills and experience in Client handling.
- Passion for discovering how and why products succeed.
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with the E-Commerce platform is a plus.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to be a quick thinker, research and troubleshoot
