Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Cost Engineer with 1 years of experience to handle cost estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, budgeting, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and quantity take-offs.
- Monitor project costs and budgets.
- Review quotations and rate analysis.
- Track variations and cost reports.
- Support cost control and project financial planning.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1 years of experience in cost estimation/cost control.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, BOQ, and quantity surveying.
- Construction project experience preferred.
