The responsibilities are as follows:
Lead a team of 10+ Operations and Transformation professionals from Analysts to Managers.
Provide team with day-to-day oversight, clear direction, and accountability for the quality of their work and deliverables.
Work with the Head of Transformation to allocate work across the team effectively, balancing individual capacity and development needs with project priorities and deadlines.
Set clear performance expectations for team, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct formal performance reviews in line with JLL's people processes.
Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture built on collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
Serve as an escalation point for team members, helping to unblock issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure consistent delivery standards across the team.
Lead change projects that span multiple senior stakeholders across the globe.
Support Change Team in strategizing with project sponsors, challenging outcomes, proposing deliverables and producing business cases.
Be comfortable balancing team management and leading your own individual projects.
Development and implementation of change management plans, including stakeholder mapping, roadmap definition, and creation of communication plans and templates.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed status reports that highlight critical milestones, risks, mitigations, and potential bottlenecks.
Lead PMO activities, including providing project updates to key stakeholders, maintaining project timelines, and managing project trackers.
Facilitate project meetings and workshops with senior stakeholders.
Work closely with global stakeholders, including project management counterparts in other regions and project sponsors.
Simultaneously manage projects or workstreams at various stages of development.
Develop to-be process maps, how-to-guides, standard operating procedures, and project plans for implementing newly designed processes.
Review existing BAU processes and propose changes to drive improvements.
Management of end-to-end project lifecycles, taking ownership of deliverables across all project stages.
Proactively identify and flag project risks and issues, actively engaging in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and tracking of key performance indicators.
Support Head of Transformation in ensuring projects are completed within scope, on schedule, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations.
Design and maintain operational frameworks, including governance structures, reporting cadences, and escalation pathways.
Own operational metrics and KPIs, producing regular performance reporting for senior leadership.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across team processes and workflows.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards across all operational activities.
Education and Experience: 10+ years’ of experience in managing local and global projects, ideally within a recognized Consulting firm or delivering large scale global change & transformation projects within a relevant industry.· Undergraduate degree. Recognized certifications like PMP / ITIL are desirable.· Experience working in a multinational, regulated environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.Track record of managing high-performing teams, ideally within a change management, transformation, or consulting environment. Abilities & SkillsProven ability to analyze and work through complex problems, develop effective solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Personal Courage and Integrity: Demonstrate integrity and professional courage by consistently applying Ethics & Compliance principles with precision in all activities.Experience of leading change and transformation projects that span across people, process and technology. Displaying experience beyond pure technology projects is a must.Comfortable with working across multiple geographies and cultures, virtually and across several time zones.Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a commitment to proactively identifying and implementing process enhancements.Relentless and tenacious drive to deliver results and achieve expected outcomes.Analytical ability, with experience of analyzing status quo, summarizing findings, and proposing improvements.Hands on approach, excellent attention to detail and ownership of actions through to completion.Comfortable operating in ambiguity, making pragmatic decisions to maintain operational continuity while driving change.Proactive team player, with experience of supporting colleagues in achieving collective objectives and fostering a collaborative work environment.Strong coaching and mentoring capability, with a genuine commitment to the growth and development of others.Ability to delegate effectively, providing appropriate levels of oversight and autonomy based on individual capability and task complexity.Demonstrated people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop team members.Emotionally intelligent leader who can navigate team dynamics, manage performance sensitively, and build trust across the teamGreat communication skills are a must, combined with a proven track record of interacting with multiple stakeholders & delivering presentations to various levels of the organization.Ability to moderate large forums, facilitate dialog with stakeholders and build effective relationships.An excellent level of English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with online tools (e.g. Smartsheet) is a bonus.
