Job Description:
Responsible for analyzing plans & performing inspections, as well as providing input on the installation process and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This involves ensuring equipment meets all building codes and safety regulations, and that necessary modifications are implemented.
1) Design and Drafting: Creating plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and designing solutions for existing problems.
2) Inspection: Conducting regular inspections and checks of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and ensuring all building code requirements are met.
3) Installation: Assisting or overseeing the installation of equipment and systems.
4) Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
5) Regulations: Staying abreast of new regulations and ensuring all systems comply.
6) Collaboration: Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals in the building industry.
Skills Required: -
- Degree: B.E Electrical with 5 years of building experience.
- Knowledge of regulations: A thorough knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry advancements.
- Analytical skill: The ability to analyze and interpret plans accurately for effective implementation.
- Problem-solving skill: The ability to identify mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems and propose effective solutions.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skill: Ability to prioritize tasks and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
