Overview
GoldBERRY is hiring a Live Gigs Operations Intern to support end-to-end execution of live shows. This role is exclusive to GoldBERRY’s operations—you’ll coordinate directly with venues/clients/promoters, manage artist-side requirements, and ensure every gig moves smoothly from confirmation to show-day execution to closure.
What you’ll do
- Speak with clients/venues/promoters on WhatsApp/calls/email for coordination (timings, requirements, deliverables)
- Manage gig workflows in Notion: lead → confirmation → logistics → execution → closure
- Coordinate artist logistics: reporting time, set timings, tech requirements, hospitality, contacts
- Share and track key documents: tech rider, hospitality rider, invoice/payment details, performance formats
- Confirm on-ground details: soundcheck, stage/time slots, venue POC, entry, equipment availability
- Maintain clear notes + next actions after every call and update the system the same day
- Support payment coordination: advance tracking, settlement follow-ups, closure checklist
- Assist on show days when required (check-ins, coordination, issue escalation)
Requirements
- Strong communication and confidence speaking with external stakeholders
- Highly organized, calm under pressure, and reliable with deadlines
- Comfortable tracking everything inside Notion (or fast learner)
- Professional etiquette on calls/messages; clear written English/Hinglish
- Interest in live events/music operations

Compensation
Project-based or incentive-based (as decided)
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
