What's in it for you?
The Technical lead in this role will do hands on designing and will be responsible for end to end implementation and optimization. Also, Lead a large-scale migration from Cisco to Juniper Mist across Linde’s global network environment. You will provide deep hands-on expertise in Cisco and Juniper Mist LAN & Wi Fi. And drive global standard implementation, ensure consistent solutions across all global sites, and mentor team members. Lastly, provide Level 3-Level 4 day-2 support

Making an impact. What will you do?
You will design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise‑level network solutions
You will prepare and configure advanced network solutions
Also, optimize performance, capacity, and reliability
Preparing and implement advanced failover and recovery strategies
Also, lead infrastructure integration and cross‑team initiatives and deployment and optimization of Juniper Mist LAN & Wi‑Fi systems, including Wired & Wireless & Access Assurance, EX switches, and Wi‑Fi APs
You will provide support Day‑2 operations of Juniper Mist and the existing Cisco LAN & Wi‑Fi infrastructure
Leverage Mist AI, Marvis and network automation tools
You will be creating and enforce wireless policies to ensure secure wireless access
Conducting advanced wireless site surveys, heatmaps, and multi‑site wireless planning
Also, document site maps and network L1–L3 topologies
Supervise, mentor, and coordinate corporate network engineers and local IT teams.
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
You should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco LAN, Wi-Fi (mandatory)
Also, knowledge and hands‑on experience with the Juniper Mist dashboard, Wired Assurance, Wireless Assurance, Access Assurance, and Marvis
And experience with Python, APIs, and network automation is an advantage
