Job Overview
Lata Motor, an Authorized TATA Commercial Vehicle Workshop in Balasinor, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor with hands-on experience in TATA Commercial Vehicles.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer handling, job card preparation, workshop coordination, and ensuring high service quality standards as per TATA Motors guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers and understand vehicle issues clearly
- Prepare accurate Job Cards as per TATA standards
- Provide repair estimates, cost approvals, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for diagnosis and repair updates
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles
- Handle warranty-related documentation and coordination
- Maintain proper service records in DMS system
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat service
- Handle fleet customers professionally
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of TATA Commercial Vehicles (HCV / LCV / ICV)
- Good understanding of workshop processes & warranty norms
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, DMS)
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles and customer queries
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in TATA CV dealership is mandatory
- Experience handling fleet customers is an added advantage
