Experience Required
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience in a travel management company (TMC) or travel industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, bills, and credit notes.
- Manage credit control by monitoring outstanding receivables and following up on overdue payments.
- Perform airline reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Process vendor and supplier payments accurately and within due dates.
- Pass Journal Voucher (JV) entries and maintain proper accounting records.
- Reconcile customer, supplier, and ledger accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Maintain accounting documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support the finance team with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
