About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Instagram and LinkedIn content creation, especially Human Face-Led Content, storytelling, and building engaging online communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in publishing and coordinating social media content across platforms.
- Work closely with the Content Strategist and Marketing Team to execute approved content plans.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and content opportunities.
- Assist in creating reels, posts, stories, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media engagement and support community interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely content execution.
- Track content performance and prepare basic reports.
- Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
Requirements
- Any Graduate (Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English, BBA, B.Com, or related fields).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, and content publishing tools.
- Understanding of current social media trends and audience engagement.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
