Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls to engage potential sellers, introduce the platform, and explain its benefits. • Identify potential sellers through market research, lead generation, and database management. • Assist sellers with the registration process and ensure smooth onboarding. • Verify seller documents and ensure compliance with platform standards. • Support sellers in uploading product catalogs, descriptions, and images. • Train sellers on platform functionalities, including product listing, inventory management, and order processing. • Serve as the primary point of contact for new sellers, addressing queries and resolving onboarding challenges. • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the onboarding experience and address seller needs. • Complete other tasks assigned by the management.
