Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Manager to lead and manage CNC machining operations in a leading jewellery manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CNC machine shop operations and production targets.
- Supervise CNC operators and technical staff.
- Ensure maximum machine utilization and productivity.
- Monitor quality standards and process efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, CAD/CAM, and Maintenance teams.
- Handle machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in CNC machining operations.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Hurco and Makino CNC machines.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup, and process optimization.
- Experience in team handling and production management.
- Jewellery manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
