Festivals From India is hiring for their client Ashvita's, who are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Clerical / Accounts Support to provide routine accounting, documentation, clerical, and administrative support to the Vice President – Finance and the finance team. The role involves maintaining financial records; managing invoices and vouchers; supporting basic accounting, reconciliation, GST, TDS, and compliance-related activities; and coordinating with vendors, auditors, Company Secretaries, banks, and other external stakeholders.
This position is ideal for someone comfortable working with financial documentation, enjoys structured and process-oriented work, and possesses strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. The successful candidate will support the smooth functioning of day-to-day finance operations through accurate record-keeping, timely coordination, and reliable administrative support.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts support, finance administration, clerical accounting, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial documentation, and record-keeping.
Essential Experience:
- Familiarity with invoicing, vouchers, expense records, bank reconciliation, GST, and TDS.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, banks, auditors, company secretaries, and other external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience using accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Experience in finance departments, accounting firms, or administrative support roles will be preferred.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Documentation
- Assist with routine accounting tasks, including maintaining invoices, vouchers, receipts, and financial records.
- Support basic bookkeeping, data entry, invoice verification, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and organised physical and digital financial files.
Compliance & Reconciliation Support
- Assist with documentation and coordination related to GST, TDS, audits, and other compliance activities.
- Support bank reconciliation and maintain relevant banking and financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, Company Secretaries, consultants, and other external professionals as required.
Administrative Support
- Provide routine clerical and administrative support to the Vice President – Finance.
- Prepare basic reports, trackers, statements, and summaries as required.
- Manage filing, scanning, documentation, and other finance-related paperwork.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, bills, payments, and required documentation.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, Company Secretaries, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Follow up with internal teams to collect required financial and administrative information.
General Finance & Operational Support
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the finance department.
- Track pending invoices, payments, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Provide general operational support and undertake other finance and administrative tasks as required
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
