Job Summary
· Leads the design, execution, and optimization of performance testing strategies for complex enterprise systems to identify bottlenecks and ensure scalability.
Key Responsibilities
· Define performance testing frameworks, methodologies, and KPIs for load, stress, soak, and scalability testing.
· Create robust test scripts across multiple protocols (HTTP, Web Services, Citrix) using LoadRunner and JMeter.
· Monitor systems using APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) and coordinate tuning strategies with architects.
Requirements
· 10+ years of deep experience in performance testing and engineering.
· Expertise in LoadRunner, JMeter, and scripting (Java/Python/Shell).
· Full-stack analysis experience spanning code, database performance, network latency, and containerized infrastructures.
