Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Demonstrate product knowledge including diamonds, gold, gemstones, and current trends
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately
Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Manage inventory and report stock requirements
Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales service
