- Achieve sales targets for real estate projects (commercial).
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners.
- Handle site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
- Convert leads generated from digital marketing, brokers, and walk-ins.
- Develop pricing, offers, and payment plans in coordination with management.
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.
