We are looking for a well-groomed, customer-focused, and highly organized Senior Front Office Executive to manage the corporate reception while providing administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate should have experience in front office operations, guest relations, MIS reporting, and executive coordination, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for visitors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front office and reception area, ensuring a warm and professional experience for all visitors.
- Welcome clients, guests, vendors, and employees while maintaining visitor records and security protocols.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and meeting room coordination.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and administrative records.
- Provide secretarial support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate with Administration, HR, Finance, and other departments for day-to-day office requirements.
- Manage office supplies, pantry, housekeeping, and facility-related coordination.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics for management when required.
- Ensure the reception and office premises are maintained to the highest professional standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Hospitality, Corporate Administration, or Executive Support.
- Experience in Hotels, Corporate Offices, or Real Estate organizations will be an added advantage.
