Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Culinary Head / Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, menu planning, food quality, and team management. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, expertise in multi-cuisine kitchen operations, cost control knowledge, and the ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall kitchen operations efficiently.
- Design and develop innovative menus with seasonal and cost-effective dishes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency standards.
- Manage kitchen staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Control food cost, wastage, inventory, and kitchen budgets.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food compliance standards.
- Coordinate with purchase and operations teams for smooth kitchen functioning.
- Handle banquet, bulk orders, and high-volume kitchen operations effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in Indian, South Indian, Continental, or Multi-cuisine operations.
- Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen SOPs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant kitchen experience with leadership exposure.
Salary
- Best in Industry / Negotiable based on experience.

- Experience handling restaurant, café, cloud kitchen, or hospitality brands.
- Strong operational and people management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹80,091.87 - ₹100,805.43 per month
