Role & Responsibilities
- Understand and manage clients' requirements and work towards fulfilling them
- Understand the workflow and implement new ideas
- Interact with client's customers on social messaging platforms to provide support
- Optimize daily activities like scheduling, posting, planning, optimizing and reporting various marketing activities for clients
- Give new and creative ideas in terms of marketing activities, creative content, and ways to increase the online presence of clients
- Create social engagement for clients
- Create online marketing solutions, which can help clients grow their online presence
