We're building our admissions sales team in Kozhikode and looking for driven, people-first counsellors who can guide prospective learners toward the right program — and close enrollments confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students through phone calls and online communication channels.
- Understand learners' career goals, educational background, and aspirations to recommend suitable courses and programs.
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels to drive enrollments.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and address their queries effectively.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly admission/enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrollment status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process and excellent learner experience.
Who we're looking for
Strong communication in Malayalam & English Target-driven mindset
Any Bachelor's degree Freshers welcome Ed-tech / inside sales experience = advantage
