Job Overview: As an Assistant Manager – Legal / Manager – Legal at Netradyne, you will support the company's commercial and general corporate legal activities in a high-growth SaaS and AI-driven business environment, with a strong focus on contract drafting, review, and negotiation. The role will involve working on technology-driven agreements (including SaaS, data, and AI-related contracts) and partnering closely with business, sales, procurement, and cross-functional teams to navigate complex legal risks while enabling scalable and efficient business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting, Review & Negotiation
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including: MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and order forms.
- Provide clear, risk-based legal advice on contractual terms.
- Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies, risk appetite, and applicable laws.
- Act as a legal partner to internal stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, HR, Finance).
- Support deal structuring and provide practical legal solutions to facilitate closures.
- Participate in negotiations with customers, vendors, and partners.
- Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify legal and commercial risks in contracts and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws (including corporate, employment, and data protection laws).
- Support implementation of standard templates and playbooks.
- Process & Contract Management
- Manage contract lifecycle processes, including review, approvals, and execution.
- Track key contractual obligations and ensure proper documentation and repository management.
- Drive improvements in contract review turnaround time and standardization.
- Policy & Advisory Support
- Assist in drafting and updating company policies.
- Provide legal support on general corporate and compliance matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- 6–10 years of experience in in-house legal teams and/or law firms.
- Strong experience in commercial contracts, drafting, and negotiations.
- Familiarity with data protection laws (e.g., DPDP Act/GDPR)
- Experience working with cross-border contracts is preferred.
