Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our factory environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with assembly lines, and familiarity with warehouse procedures. As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team to ensure efficient production processes, maintain safety standards, and uphold quality control. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing workflow and fostering a productive, safety-conscious work environment.
Duties :
- Receive daily production plan from production manager.
- Organize workforce activity /Process wise as allocated.
- Maintain the cleanness & Discipline in the production work force.
- Ensure Cleanness of each M/C Equipment, working table etc. at production flour.
- System Management as per ISO 13485 Audits
- Updating Production Log , organize all the flour item authorizes identification,
- Daily Redetection & analysis, Manpower Productivity.
- Ensure measurable instrument /equipment in production should be calibrated & function well
- Monitoring ETO sterilization process by following SOP and validated process criteria.
- Batch records monitoring from issuance till its closing /review.
- Co-operate to IPQC chemist.
- Ensure line clearance in each successive stages of process
- Ensure identification at Floor activities
- Reports Daily Production plan cum work –data
Education : min Graduate Pass.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
