Apparatus Solutions (operating under Innov8 Media) is a Pune-based tech and digital agency delivering web & app development, digital marketing, AI agent development, and custom CRM/ERP solutions to clients across industries including healthcare, wellness, and D2C brands.
Role Overview
We're looking for a self-motivated Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition for our web/app development, digital marketing, and AI automation services. You'll own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — and work closely with our tech team to translate client needs into winning proposals. Meta Leads Connect/Follow-up/Close
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
- Identify client requirements and pitch relevant services (web/app dev, digital marketing, AI agents, CRM/ERP)
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead gen → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Coordinate with the technical/delivery team on scoping and proposals
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and follow-up pipelines
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay current on IT/digital market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in IT/software/digital services sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Comfortable with target-driven, client-facing work
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or technical background preferred); MBA a plus
- Experience selling to healthcare, wellness,B2B,
- Experience selling Website /Mobile app /Custom software Solutions and Digital marketing
- Prior experience in IT (Website /Mobile app /Custom software Solutions and Digital marketing sales
- Fluent in English and Hindi, and/or Marathi
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
