Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company headquartered in Gurugram, India. Our team consists of highly focused and motivated professionals with extensive expertise in parking management. We specialise in preventing unauthorised parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. Indus Parking Service manages the entire parking enforcement process efficiently and also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day client operations by maintaining accurate records, processing and verifying data, responding to client queries, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a high standard of client support. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
As a Client Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
· Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining vehicle and client information in the system.
· Reviewing and verifying parking-related data to ensure accuracy and completeness on a daily basis.
· Processing and validating operational records in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
· Assisting with the preparation, organisation, and maintenance of operational documentation and records.
· Responding to internal queries and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
· Supporting the team with data verification, record reconciliation, and routine administrative tasks.
· Identifying and reporting discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate team for resolution.
· Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed within the required timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
· Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
· Working closely with internal teams to support efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
· Following established processes and contribute to continuous improvements in operational efficiency.
· Performing any other administrative or operational duties assigned by the reporting manager.
The ideal candidate working as a Client Support Assistant will display:
· Basic computer knowledge is required.
· Should be confident using Microsoft Excel and Word.
· Must be organised, reliable, and willing to learn.
Required Qualifications:
· Fresher and candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome.
· No specific educational qualification is required – a positive attitude and commitment to work are most important.
