Full Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Laser Engraving Operator & Electronics Assembly Technician to join our production unit in Dahisar, Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience operating laser marking machinery and is equally comfortable assisting with the manual assembly of electrical or electronic hardware components. You will play a key role in ensuring our products—ranging from custom-engraved items to hardware units like extension boards and specialized guard devices—are built, marked, and inspected to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Laser Operations: Setup, calibrate, and operate Fiber/CO2 laser engraving and marking machines for bulk production.
Design Alignment: Import and adjust vector graphics files (DXF, SVG, AI) using engraving software to ensure precise scaling and alignment on various materials.
Hardware Assembly: Manually assemble, wire, and fix components for electronics, consumer hardware, power strips, and extension boards.
Soldering & Wiring: Perform basic soldering, wire cutting, routing, and housing assembly based on product layouts.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure crisp engraving details and verify that assembled electronics function correctly and safely.
Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the laser equipment and assembly tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Software Experience: Practical familiarity with EZCAD2 or similar laser marking software is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Comfortable working with basic vector image formats and using manual workshop tools (soldering irons, wire strippers, screw guns, multimeters).
Education: Minimum 10th/12th Pass or ITI Certification in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical trades.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in a laser engraving workshop, electronics manufacturing facility, or hardware assembly line. (Motivated freshers with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
