We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR–Admin to manage daily HR and administrative operations. This role involves supporting employee coordination, documentation, office administration, facilities, and communication functions to ensure an efficient workplace and positive employee experience.
- Assist with recruitment and coordination.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and ensure documents are updated and easily accessible.
- Support HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
- Coordinate induction, training, and engagement activities.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, IDs, and related documents.
- Handle payroll inputs, reimbursements, and benefits paperwork.
- Address employee queries and provide administrative support.
- Manage office communication (emails, calls, letters).
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and office arrangements.
- Handle purchase, inventory, and basic facility maintenance.
- Supervise and coordinate maids, drivers, and security personnel for daily office requirements.
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and task allocation for maids, drivers, and security staff.
- Coordinate vendors for maintenance and facility services.
- Monitor safety, security, and visitor access.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises.
- Report and follow up on repair issues related to equipment, electricals, plumbing, and office infrastructure.
- Support management with admin tasks and events.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR and administrative activities.
- Any Graduate with one year experience in HR or Administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR documentation & basic compliance.
- Working knowledge of MS Office & Google Workspace.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented.
