Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly upon arrival.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
- Monitor and order front office supplies regularly.
- Keep the reception and lobby areas clean.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
