Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location : Kadi, Distt. Mehasana (Gujarat)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Sr. Accountant to lead our accounting function, ensure financial accuracy, maintain statutory compliance, and provide valuable financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, ledger postings, and reconciliations.
Supervise and monitor the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate work.
Conduct daily audits to maintain financial accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, dashboards, and management reports.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Assist management with budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial advisory.
Maintain and review Directors' personal accounts as required.
What We're Looking For:
Strong accounting and financial reporting expertise.
Experience in statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* 5–8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
