We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with 2 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the MERN stack and be capable of building responsive, high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with MongoDB for database design, optimization, and maintenance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- 2 years of experience in MERN Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and responsive web design.
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Knowledge of JWT Authentication, role-based access control, and security best practices.
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Familiarity with Redux or Context API for state management.
- Basic knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean) is an advantage.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Docker is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
