Role: Call Support Executive
Department: Customer Support / Customer Service
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through live Call & messaging platforms.
- Provide quick and accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Guide customers with troubleshooting steps or solutions.
- Maintain proper Call records and update customer information in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing polite and helpful responses.
- Follow company communication standards and response time targets.
Required Skills
- Good written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Ability to handle multiple Calls and Chats simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Qualifications
- Graduate
- Freshers or candidates with customer service experience can apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of calls emails support or ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of customer handling and communication etiquette.
Location- Pune and Kolkata
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
