As a Senior Support Specialist / Linux Systems Engineer, you are responsible for resolving complex and high-impact technical issues. You are the person who takes over when tickets become challenging.
This role is not junior and not script-based support. You are expected to:
- Diagnose problems deeply
- Take ownership until resolution
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Make technical decisions independently
In addition to support, you actively work on server management and infrastructure improvements.
- Experience with WordPress and common CMS environments
- Knowledge of MySQL and PHP
- Experience with Node.js and/or Python
- Dutch language skills
