About the Role
Russell Square International College is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Faculty member in Psychology to join its academic team. The candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging lectures, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic growth of the Psychology program.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate courses across core areas of Psychology, including:
- Neuroscience
- Forensic Psychology
- Social Psychology
- Clinical Psychology
- Research Methods in Psychology
- Design and implement interactive and student-centered teaching methodologies.
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with academic standards.
- Mentor and guide undergraduate students in academic and career development.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with current research and advancements in the field of Psychology.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master’s or PhD in Psychology from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge across multiple domains of Psychology.
- Passion for teaching and student engagement.
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level is preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
