- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record vouchers, journal entries, receipts, and payments.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash books, and ledger accounts regularly.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain petty cash records and monitor expenses.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
- Support budgeting and cost-control activities.
- Assist in payroll processing and salary-related accounting entries.
- Maintain employee reimbursement and advance records.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation during audits.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with various departments regarding billing, payments, and account-related matters.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial information.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Additional accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Accountant or Junior Accountant.
- Preferred experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Wellness Centre, Clinic, Medical, or Hospitality Industry.
- Experience in handling accounting software and MS Office applications.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
