Job Summary:
Chavda Infra Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support its talent acquisition and HR operations functions. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and assisting with employee documentation and HR responsibilities as per learning, performance, and business requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Assist with other HR administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
