About the Role
We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in modern JavaScript technologies and be eager to learn and work on real-world web applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces with React.js.
- Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage MongoDB databases.
- Collaborate with designers and senior developers.
- Debug, optimize, and maintain application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience with the MERN Stack.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.
- Experience with Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JWT authentication.
- Basic knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Next.js.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Redux or Context API.
- Basic understanding of Docker and CI/CD.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
