Job Purpose:
Origination, execution, and monitoring of real estate project financing, bridge loan financing, and commercial warehousing financing transactions in respective geographies.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead real estate project finance/bridge finance for the bank.
Acquire new clients and manage existing relationships in the real estate sector.
Work with developers/corporates for funding requirements, developing strong relationships with top management.
Lead a team and manage financing transactions end-to-end, including sourcing, due-diligence, credit evaluation, approvals, and post-disbursement responsibilities.
Lead negotiations with clients and intermediaries.
Lead syndication process if necessary.
Review and finalize project agreements with legal counsel.
Monitor loans, address challenges, and highlight early warning signals.
Lead and deepen bank relationships by promoting other corporate/retail banking products.
Maintain and enforce high compliance standards.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Civil Engineering or Any.
MBA/CA/ICWA/CFA required.
MBA/CA from a premiere institute is preferred.
Key Skills:
Up to 18 years of experience with a Premier Bank or NBFC (for specific roles).
4-6 years of relevant experience (for other roles).
Strong understanding of Real Estate project financing and bridge loan financing for under-construction residential projects and commercial warehouses.
Demonstrated experience in originating business and managing relationships with real estate developers in Mumbai/New Delhi/Chennai.
Ability to lead project financing transactions and teams.
Ability to work with internal stakeholder teams (credit, risk, legal, accounts).
Good knowledge of corporate banking, trade, and treasury products.
Good credit and analytical skills.
Excellent relationship skills and prior experience handling corporate customers.
Target-oriented and willing to take responsibilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with sophistication in personal interaction and grooming.
Self-starter orientation and confident personality.
