2. Role Purpose
The In-House Influencer is responsible for representing the brand through engaging video content, product promotions, and social media presence to attract customers and increase brand visibility.
The role helps in building customer trust, promoting products, and increasing showroom walk-ins through digital platforms.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Brand Promotion
- Represent the company brand through social media platforms.
- Promote new collections, offers, and campaigns.
- Present products in an attractive and engaging way.
B. Social Media Content Creation
- Create short videos, reels, and promotional content for social media.
- Participate in photoshoots and video shoots for marketing campaigns.
- Work with the graphic designer and video editor to produce engaging content.
C. Product Promotion
- Showcase latest products, collections, and offers.
- Explain product features and benefits in videos and promotions.
- Support marketing campaigns through creative product demonstrations.
D. Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers through social media comments, messages, and interactions.
- Encourage customers to visit the showroom and explore products.
- Support customer engagement activities during in-store events or promotions.
E. Campaign Participation
- Actively participate in marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events.
- Support campaign promotions through live sessions, reels, and promotional videos.
F. Trend Monitoring
- Follow and implement latest social media trends and content ideas.
- Suggest innovative content ideas to increase online engagement.
G. Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Campaign, Graphic Design, and Video teams.
