Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Photographer, Videographer, and Video Editor to join our Communication Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos, creating compelling visual stories, and editing engaging multimedia content that aligns with the organization’s brand identity and communication objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos for internal and external communication, marketing campaigns, events, interviews, and brand initiatives.
- Plan and execute photo shoots and video productions, including conceptualization, lighting, framing, and camera setup.
- Edit and produce professional-quality videos, including promotional videos, interviews, reels, documentaries, social media content, and corporate films.
- Perform post-production tasks such as color correction, sound editing, motion graphics, transitions, and visual enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Communication Design team to understand creative briefs, campaign objectives, and storytelling requirements.
- Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and accessories.
- Organize and maintain digital assets, including photographs, videos, raw footage, and edited files.
- Ensure all visual content follows brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, creative techniques, editing styles, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Photography, Film Production, Communication Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, and Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting techniques, composition, storytelling, and audio recording.
- Knowledge of social media content formats and current digital content trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creating content for digital platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Basic knowledge of animation, motion graphics, and graphic design.
- Experience handling multi-camera setups and professional audio equipment.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in photography, videography, and video editing.
