Role Summary:
An area manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and performance of multiple branches or locations within a specific geographical area. They ensure business targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of customer service and employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise multiple branches/offices within the assigned area.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff members.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare reports.
- Develop marketing and business growth strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints.
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
