- Procure goods from farmers, mandis, and suppliers.
- Conduct and supervise quality inspections of products.
- Collect and send samples for laboratory testing.
- Monitor packing, labeling, and product preparation as per export requirements.
- Coordinate transportation, loading, and dispatch activities.
- Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, and logistics partners for shipment processing.
- Manage and oversee complete order execution after the deal is finalized.
- Ensure timely delivery and compliance with buyer specifications and export standards.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers, transporters, and the export team throughout the shipment process.
