Maintain strong relationships with existing clients trading in equity and securities.
Assist clients with equity trading, demat account services, and securities transactions.
Coordinate with back-office teams for account opening, KYC, and documentation.
Resolve client complaints related to trading platforms, orders, settlements, or reports.
Maintain client records and transaction history in the CRM system.
Cross-sell financial products like mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, and derivatives.
Assist in acquiring new clients through references or leads.
Send morning market updates via WhatsApp, email, or CRM system
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of equity markets and securities trading
Good understanding of trading platforms and demat accounts
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Ability to analyze market information and explain it to clients
Problem-solving and customer service orientation
Basic computer and CRM software skills
3–6 years for senior client relationship roles in brokerage firms or stock market companies
