- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to design and implement workflows, business rules, and client scripts within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within ServiceNow environments.
- Knowledge of agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
