Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls, engage with prospective patients, and clearly communicate QI Spine’s treatment approach, services, and value.
- Responsibilities include qualifying leads, understanding patient needs, scheduling consultations, and maintaining accurate records in the customer relationship management system.
- Demonstrate Inside Sales skills, including managing inbound and outbound calls and converting leads into booked consultations.
- Should have experience in Sales or Inside sales, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and communicate empathetically.
Requirements:
- Any HSC / Bachelor's degree
- 1 - 7 to 8 years of experience in Sales
- Strong communication & sales skills
