Job Overview
Moto Control System is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales support for industrial control panels and motor control systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service motor control panels and related electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and control system issues at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Attend service calls and provide timely technical support to customers.
- Conduct testing and inspections to ensure proper system performance.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams to resolve customer issues.
- Provide product demonstrations and basic operational training to customers when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during service activities.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installation and service support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, motor control systems, and industrial panels.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in servicing electrical control panels, VFDs, soft starters, pumps, or automation systems will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of PLCs, industrial automation, and troubleshooting techniques is preferred.
- Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
