Job Overview:
This role directly impacts revenue. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition through paid campaigns and supporting organic growth initiatives.
This is not a campaign management role. This is a growth role where you will be expected to think in terms of cost per lead customer acquisition cost and overall funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Manage budgets bidding strategies and audience targeting
- Track and improve key metrics like CPL CPA CAC and ROAS
- Work closely with content and creative team to test ad variations
- Identify winning creatives and scale campaigns
- Conduct keyword research for paid campaigns and support SEO efforts
- Build and optimize landing page inputs for better conversion
- Analyse campaign performance and share actionable insights
- Run basic organic growth experiments across channels
- Monitor funnel performance from ad click to final conversion
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing Executive
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on performance
- Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting and campaign structure
- Basic understanding of SEO organic growth and landing page optimisation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
