Position : Junior HR Executive

- Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate interview processes and maintain candidate databases.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documents.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Assist in attendance management and employee engagement activities.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks and documentation.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and employees through email and phone.
- Any Degree / MBA (HR) preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
